My Color Book ("we," "us," "our") provides a personalized coloring book creation service. We use AI technology to transform photos you provide into custom coloring book pages featuring your child as the star character.

2. Ordering Process

To create a personalized coloring book, you will:

• Upload one or more photos of your child
• Select a theme and book size
• Provide your child's name for personalization
• Review a preview of your book
• Complete payment and provide shipping information

By placing an order, you confirm that you are at least 18 years old and have the legal right to upload the photos provided.

3. Payment Terms

All prices are listed in US Dollars. Payment is processed securely through Stripe at the time of order. We accept major credit cards, debit cards, and other payment methods supported by Stripe. Prices are subject to change without notice, but changes will not affect orders already placed.

4. Shipping

Orders are typically processed and shipped within 3-4 business days. Free shipping is available on orders over $35. Delivery times vary by location. We are not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers. You will receive a tracking number once your order ships.

We offer a 100% satisfaction guarantee. If you are not completely happy with your coloring book:

• Contact us within 30 days of receiving your order
• We will offer a full refund or a free replacement
• No need to return the original book — it's yours to keep!
• Refunds are processed within 5-7 business days

6. Intellectual Property

The My Color Book website, brand, designs, and AI-generated artwork are the property of My Color Book. The personalized coloring book you receive is for personal, non-commercial use only. You may not reproduce, distribute, or sell the coloring book content.

7. User Content & Photo Rights

By uploading photos, you represent and warrant that:

• You own the photos or have permission to use them
• You are the parent or legal guardian of any children in the photos
• You grant us a limited license to process the photos solely for creating your coloring book

We do not claim ownership of your photos. All uploaded photos are deleted within 30 days of order completion.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, My Color Book shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of our service. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for your order.

9. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the United States. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of the State of Delaware.
